Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

On March 28, 2017, Natural Alternatives International, Inc., a Delaware corporation, entered into an amendment of its credit facility with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association to extend the maturity date for its working capital line of credit from January 31, 2019 to February 1, 2020. As of the date of this report, the working capital line of credit balance was zero. All other terms of the credit facility remain in full force and effect.
