Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On March 24, 2010, Natural Alternatives International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“NAI”), executed an amendment to its credit facility with Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (“Lender”) to extend the maturity date for its working capital line of credit from November 1, 2010 to November 1, 2011. As of the date of this report, the working capital line of credit balance was zero. All other terms of the credit facility remain in full force and effect.
