Distributions	NOTE 6 – DISTRIBUTIONS Total cash distributions declared and paid in February 2013 were $237,696. On April 29, 2013, a distribution to the limited partners of $205,563, or approximately $4.34 per limited partnership unit, was approved. Such distribution was paid on May 9, 2013. The General Partner also received a distribution of $2,076 with respect to its 1% partnership interest in May 2013.

NOTE 6 – DISTRIBUTIONS

Total cash distributions declared and paid in February 2013 were $237,696. On April 29, 2013, a distribution to the limited partners of $205,563, or approximately $4.34 per limited partnership unit, was approved. Such distribution was paid on May 9, 2013.
