DISTRIBUTIONS	NOTE 6 - DISTRIBUTIONS Total cash distributions declared and paid in February and May 2012 were $173,685 and $212,180, respectively. On July 24, 2012, a distribution to the limited partners of $221,564, or approximately $4.68 per limited partnership unit, was declared. Such distribution was paid on August 3, 2012. The General Partner also received a distribution of $2,238 with respect to its one percent partnership interest in August 2012.
