On March 4, 2009, The Gymboree Corporation issued a release announcing its preliminary financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter and full year ended January 31, 2009.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.  The press release should be read in conjunction with the note regarding forward-looking statements, which is included in the text of the press release.
