Item 8.01      Other Events.

On February 8, 2008, the Company completed the repurchase of $25 million of the Company’s outstanding common stock (approximately 762,000 shares) under its share repurchase program authorized by the Board of Directors in November 2007. The Company and its Board of Directors will continue to evaluate the use of share repurchase programs in the future in an effort to increase shareholder value.
