J & J Snack Foods Corp. Announces Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend

PENNSAUKEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 5, 2011--J & J Snack Foods Corp. (NASDAQ: JJSF) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.13 per share of its common stock payable on January 5, 2012 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2011. The cash dividend of $.13 per share represents a 10.6% increase from the previous quarterly dividend rate of $.1175.
