Ver Hagen delivered a letter to Plexus Corp. stating that he does not intend to stand for re-election to the Plexus board of directors at the 2005 annual meeting of shareholders. Mr. Ver Hagen’s letter stated that his decision to not stand for re-election did not relate to any disagreement on matters relating to Plexus’ operations, policies or practices.
