Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Event On November 5, 2012, Juniper, the Company's largest customer, notified the Company that it will disengage from Plexus. In fiscal 2012, Juniper's sales approximated 16 percent of consolidated net sales. Sales to Juniper are primarily made from the Company's AMER and APAC segments. The specific timing of the transition of the Juniper business from Plexus is not known at this time, although it is currently expected to occur by the end of fiscal 2013. The Company is currently evaluating the financial, operational and other impacts of the disengagement.
