(14) SUPPLEMENTAL DISCLOSURE OF NON-CASH INVESTING AND FINANCING ACTIVITIES:

        Non-cash activity during the year ended September 30, 2011 included the following matters:

  Reduction of accounts payable and an increase of additional paid-in-capital by $25,000 to reflect the issuance of stock to settle a liability;

  •

  Reduction of notes payable and an increase of additional paid-in-capital by $795,000 to reflect the issuance of stock in a settlement;

  •

  The issuance of warrants resulted in an increase in paid-in capital by $42,000 and the carrying value of the Convertible Debentures was reduced at the date such proceeds were received.
