On September 27, 2004, William M. Bambarger, Jr., our Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, tendered his resignation to be effective on October 22, 2004.  Mr. Bambarger is leaving to assume the vice president of finance for another public company.

 

The Company has commenced a search for a successor to Mr. Bambarger.
