Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 5. Related Party Transactions The Company leases three buildings under operating lease agreements from its majority stockholder. During each of the three months ended May 31, 2013 and 2012, the Company incurred approximately $128,000 of expense related to these leases.
