Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 5. Related Party Transactions The Company leases three buildings under operating lease agreements from its majority stockholder. During each of the three months ended November 30, 2012 and 2011, the Company incurred approximately $128,000 of expense related to these leases.
