(b) Resignation of Director.

Effective January 19, 2008, William R. Robbie resigned as a director of the Company. Mr. Robbie’s resignation from the Board of Directors was not the result of any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, and Mr. Robbie did not provide any communication regarding any disagreement with the Company leading to his resignation.
