Note 5 - Business Combinations 

During the six months ended March 31, 2014, New Dawn had revenues of $4,298,000, expenses of $6,447,000 (including intangible amortization expenses of $950,000), and a pretax loss of $2,120,000 as compared with revenues of $3,690,000, expenses of $4,058,000 (including amortization expenses of $635,000) and a pretax loss of $356,000 in the prior year period of less than four months (December 5, 2012 through March 31, 2013).

During the six months ended March 31, 2014, ISD had revenues of $5,224,000, expenses of $3,936,000 (including intangible amortization expenses of $1,469,000), and pretax income of $1,310,000.
