ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.

On November 8, 2018, WEC Energy Group, Inc. named Tom Metcalfe President of its Wisconsin utilities, Wisconsin Electric Power Company (“WE”), Wisconsin Public Service Corporation (“WPS”) and Wisconsin Gas LLC, effective November 19, 2018. Mr. Metcalfe, who is currently serving as Executive Vice President – Generation of WE and WPS, will be replacing Kevin Fletcher who was recently named President of WEC Energy Group.

The Boards of Directors of WE and WPS took action on the same date appointing Mr. Metcalfe to replace Mr. Fletcher as President, effective November 19, 2018.
