LONG TERM DEBT	LONG-TERM DEBT In June 2013, Wisconsin Electric issued $250 million of 1.70% Debentures due June 15, 2018. The debentures were issued under an existing shelf registration statement filed with the SEC in February 2011. The net proceeds were used to repay short-term debt and for other corporate purposes. On May 15, 2013, Wisconsin Electric used short-term borrowings to retire $300 million of long-term debt that matured.
