I also hereby consent to references to the Technical Reports, or portions thereof, in the Prospectus and to the inclusion and incorporation by reference of information derived from the Technical Reports in the Prospectus.

I confirm that I have read the Prospectus, and I have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained therein that are derived from the Technical Reports or that are within my knowledge as a result of the services I performed in connection with the Technical Reports.

I assisted with the Technical Reports for the Company, portions of which are summarized in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2011 (the “Form 10-K”).
