Declaration of Dividends/Distributions

The General Partner's board of directors declared the following dividends/distributions at its regularly scheduled board meeting held on October 19, 2016:

Debt Extinguishment

On October 20, 2016, we redeemed $129.5 million in unsecured notes that had a scheduled maturity in August of 2019. We will recognize a net loss on the extinguishment of these notes in the fourth quarter totaling $25.2 million, which is comprised of a make-whole payment to the bondholders as well as the write-off of unamortized deferred financing costs.
