At a Special Meeting of shareholders of Emmis Communications Corporation (the “Corporation”) held on August 14, 2012, the shareholders of the Corporation voted to adjourn the meeting until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, without taking any vote on any of the proposals set forth in the Corporation’s proxy statement dated June 29, 2012.
