Leverage Ratio Requirements

We were in compliance with all financial and non-financial covenants as of February 28, 2018. Based on the Company’s projections of cash and cash equivalents on hand, projected cash flows from operations and other factors, management believes the Company will be in compliance with its debt covenants through the end of fiscal year 2019.

Our Minimum EBITDA Amount and Interest Coverage Ratio (each as defined in the 2014 Credit Agreement and related amendments) requirements and actual amounts as of February 28, 2018 were as follows:
