Item 8.01. Other Events.

The Board of Directors of PVH Corp. (the “Company”) declared on May 1, 2024 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on June 26, 2024 to stockholders of record on June 5, 2024.

A press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
