Further to our submissions of PSE Disclosure Form 4-30 (with Reference Number 0045014-2022) and PSE Disclosure Form 4-31 (with Reference Number 0045013-2022) in relation to the Press Release entitled “PLDT CORE BUSINESS AND FUNDAMENTALS REMAIN VERY STRONG AMIDST CAPEX CHALLENGE” dated December 22, 2022, we wish to inform you that the correct amount of the balance of the remaining special dividend which the Company expects to pay is P14 per share instead of P42 per share, which is the total special dividend inclusive of the P28 per share already paid in September 2022.  

 

 

This shall also serve as the disclosure letter for the purpose of complying with the PSE Revised Disclosure Rules.
