RECENT RESTAURANT EXPANSION On March 18, 2011, a subsidiary of the Company entered into a lease agreement to operate a restaurant and bar in New York City named Clyde Frazier’s Wine and Dine. In connection with the agreement, the landlord agreed to contribute up to $1,800,000 towards the construction of the facility (of which $1,500,000 was received as of March 30, 2013 and is being deferred over the lease term), which totaled approximately $7,000,000. The initial term of the lease for this facility expires on March 31, 2027 and has one five-year renewal. This restaurant opened during the second quarter of fiscal 2012.
