RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONSEmployee receivables totaled approximately $385,000 and $414,000 at October 3, 2020 and September 28, 2019, respectively. Such amounts consist of loans that are payable on demand, bear interest at the minimum statutory rate (0.38% at October 3, 2020 and 1.85% at September 28, 2019), and are net of reserves for collectability.
