Dividends	DIVIDENDS On December 3, 2018, March 1, 2019, and June 3, 2019, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share on the Company’s common stock to be paid on January 3, 2019, April 5, 2019, and July 8, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 18, 2018, March 15, 2019, and June 22, 2019, respectively. The Company intends to continue to pay such quarterly cash dividends for the foreseeable future; however, the payment of future dividends is at the discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors and is based on future earnings, cash flow, financial condition, capital requirements, changes in U.S. taxation and other relevant factors.
