Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 24, 2019, Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Geezeo, a subsidiary acquired by the Company in July 2019, was recently notified by a third-party service provider that there was a security incident, prior to its acquisition by the Company, that involved a Geezeo account. A copy of the press release which contains additional information about the incident is furnished with this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
