Per share information is based on the weighted average number of common shares outstanding for the three and six months ended December 31, 2017 and 2016. Stock options and restricted stock have been included in the calculation of earnings per share to the extent they are dilutive. There were no anti-dilutive stock options or restricted stock shares excluded for the quarter ended December 31, 2017, compared to 32 shares excluded for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
