Income Taxes	NOTE 9: Income Taxes The Corporation recognized income tax expense of $67 million for the first nine months of 2014, compared to income tax expense of $65 million for the comparable period in 2013. The effective tax rate was 32.02% for the first nine months of 2014, compared to an effective tax rate of 31.68% for the first nine months of 2013.
