Item 8.01   Other Events.


On July 30, 2019, the Board of Directors of Associated Banc-Corp (the Company) approved the redemption in full of the Companys outstanding $250 million of 2.750% Senior Notes due 2019 (the Senior Notes). The Company anticipates that the Senior Notes will be redeemed effective as of October 15, 2019 at a redemption price of 100% of the principal amount of the Senior Notes, plus unpaid accrued interest.
