We provide certain well operating and administrative services for PDCM. Amounts billed to PDCM for these services were $3.6 million and $10.4 million in the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013, respectively, compared to $3.0 million and $9.2 million in the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012. Our statements of operations include only our proportionate share of these billings.
