ITEM 5.02                                       Appointment of Principal Officers; Departure of Directors or Principal Officers.

 

(b), (c)                                                             OneBeacon Insurance Group LLC (“OneBeacon”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Mike Miller as its President & CEO.  He replaces John Cavoores, who is leaving the company for personal reasons.  The change became effective July 1, 2005.  The press release furnished herewith is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
