Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
 
On October 31, 2012, Steven M. Meilicke, the Company’s principal accounting officer, tendered his resignation as Vice President Corporate Controller of Tutor Perini Corporation, effective November 30, 2012, to assume a Chief Financial Officer role with another company.  Mr. Meilicke’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices.  The Company thanks Mr. Meilicke for his dedicated service to the Company.
