Related Party Transactions	(15) Related Party Transactions Raymond R. Oneglia, Vice Chairman of O&G Industries, Inc. (“O&G”), is a director of the Company. The Company occasionally forms construction project joint ventures with O&G. Currently, the Company has two joint ventures with O&G for infrastructure projects in the northeastern United States that are both complete. In addition, the Company has a 75% interest in a newly formed joint venture with O&G (as the 25% interest holder) for a project in Los Angeles, California. O&G may provide equipment and services to these joint ventures on customary trade terms; related payments made by the joint ventures to O&G during the three and nine months ended September 30, 2017 and 2016 were immaterial.
