5 Subsequent Events	Note 5. Subsequent Events In October 2013, the Company issued 25,939,542 shares of its common stock that is held in escrow by its outside legal counsel. The shares are issued in reserve to be used in a future potential merger or acquisition.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
