On July 13, 2016, a convertible debt holder converted $3,500 of principal and $252 of accrued interest into 6,468,310 shares of our common stock. On July 18, 2016, a convertible debt holder converted $3,750 of principal and $274 of accrued interest into 6,937,413 shares of our common stock. On July 25, 2016, a convertible debt holder converted $3,750 of principal and $279 of accrued interest into 6,947,327 shares of our common stock. On July 29, 2016, a convertible debt holder converted $3,500 of principal and $264 of accrued interest into 6,489,465 shares of our common stock. On August 9, 2016, a convertible debt holder converted $5,000 of principal and $389 of accrued interest into 8,446,771 shares of our common stock.
