PepsiCo Reaffirms Confidence in Business Outlook
Purchase, N.Y., November 14, 2007 – PepsiCo today reaffirmed its confidence in the company’s business outlook. The company stated it expects 2007 reported earnings per share of at least $3.39 and core earnings per share of at least $3.35 – unchanged from the company’s previous guidance.

The company also reaffirmed its full-year 2007 cash flow guidance of at least $7 billion in cash from operating activities, approximately $2.6 billion in capital spending and $4.3 billion in share repurchases.
