Effective as of September 24, 2004, Mark L. Sanders resigned from the Board of Directors of Pinnacle Systems, Inc. (“Pinnacle”).

 

Effective as of October 22, 2004, Charles J. Vaughan resigned from Pinnacle’s Board of Directors.
