(NASDAQ:AMCE) announced revenues of $187,276 and a net loss of $366,889 ($.08 net loss per share) for the three month period ended June 30, 2007 as compared to revenues of $247,534 and a net loss of $54,588 ($.01 net loss per share) for the three months ended June 30, 2006.

During the three months ended June 30, 2007, the Company recognized stock compensation expense totaling $285,000 based on the fair value of stock options granted under the provisions of Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123R.
