Separation costs are associated with the spin-offs of our Homes and Global Distribution business and Transportation Systems business, and are primarily associated with third party services.

For the year ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, Other (net) includes asset impairments in Corporate related to the write-down of a legacy property in connection with its planned disposition. See Note3Repositioning and Other Charges.
