ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 25, 2020, Pentair plc (the “Company”) issued a press release providing business updates related to COVID-19 impact, including the withdrawal of the Company’s previous First Quarter and Full Year 2020 guidance due to recent impacts caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. A copy of the release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
