Employee Benefit Plans	7. Employee Benefit Plans We have a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan (the “Plan”) covering all of our qualifying domestic employees. Under the Plan, employees may elect to contribute any percentage of their annual compensation up to the annual IRS limitations. We match 50 percent of the first 6 percent of the employees’ annual contribution to the plan. We made matching employee contributions of $1.3 million, $1.0 million, and $0.9 million during fiscal years 2012, 2011, and 2010, respectively.
