Advances From Related Party - Officer	Note 4—Advances From Related Party - Officer Officers of the Company occasionally incur or advance expenses on behalf of the Company, which are subsequently reimbursed to the officers along with any associated costs. As of September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, $819,251 and $688,433, respectively, in net Company expenses incurred in the ordinary course of business that have been paid by or with cash advanced by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer.
