On Friday, March 23, 2007, the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Patents Court in London, England publicly announced that on Monday, March 26, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. EDT it would release its opinion on the lawsuit brought by the European Central Bank (the “ECB”) against Document Security Systems, Inc. (“DSS”) regarding the invalidity of DSS’ European patent number EP 0455750 B1.
