Organization	Organization Penn Virginia Corporation (together with its consolidated subsidiaries unless the context otherwise requires, “Penn Virginia,” the “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is an independent oil and gas company engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil, natural gas liquids (“NGLs”) and natural gas in various onshore regions of the United States. Our current operations consist primarily of drilling unconventional horizontal development wells in the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas. We also have operations in the Granite Wash in Oklahoma and the Haynesville Shale and Cotton Valley in East Texas.
