Organization	Organization Penn Virginia Corporation (“Penn Virginia,” the “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is an independent oil and gas company engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil, natural gas liquids (“NGLs”) and natural gas in various onshore regions of the United States. Our current operations consist primarily of the drilling of unconventional horizontal development wells and are currently concentrated in the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas. We also have operations in the Granite Wash in Oklahoma, the Haynesville Shale and Cotton Valley in East Texas and the Selma Chalk in Mississippi, the latter of which we have agreed to sell.
