Organization	Penn Virginia Corporation (“Penn Virginia,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is an independent oil and gas company engaged primarily in the exploration, development and production of oil, natural gas liquids (“NGLs”) and natural gas in various onshore regions of the United States. Our current operations and capital expenditures are substantially concentrated in the Eagle Ford Shale in South Texas. We also have operations in the Granite Wash in Oklahoma, the Haynesville Shale and Cotton Valley in East Texas and the Selma Chalk in Mississippi.
