Organization	Penn Virginia Corporation (“Penn Virginia,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is an independent oil and gas company engaged primarily in the exploration, development and production of oil, natural gas liquids (“NGLs”) and natural gas in various onshore regions of the United States. We have a geographically diverse asset base with active operations in Texas, the Mid-Continent and Mississippi. Our current operations and capital expenditures are substantially concentrated in the Eagle Ford Shale. We also have operations in the Granite Wash, Haynesville Shale, Cotton Valley and Selma Chalk plays.
