For the nine months endedSeptember 30, 2012 and 2011, five customers accounted for $155.2 million and $43.5 million, or approximately 66% and 20%, of our total consolidated product revenues. As of September 30, 2012 and December 31, 2011, $27.1 million and $29.9 million, or approximately 39% and 41%, of our consolidated accounts receivable, including joint interest billings, related to these customers. No significant uncertainties exist related to the collectability of amounts owed to us by these customers.
