Common Stock	COMMON STOCK On September 5, 2012, our Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program authorizing up to $50.0 million in share repurchases. During the three months ended July 31, 2014, we purchased 0.4 million shares of our common stock at an average price of $26.50 per share for a total of $10.0 million. Any repurchased shares are retired and returned to an authorized but unissued status.
